Quecho is a simple quest tracker mod designed to aid a pair of players leveling together. It creates a second tracker that mimics Blizzard’s tracker, but instead shows objectives recently obtained by party members who also have the addon installed. It will also echo to the chat frame when your partner accepts or turns in a quest. The whole goal is to remove the need to ask your partner where he’s at with his quests every 5 minutes.
What the hell does “Quecho” mean[q] Well, I couldn’t come up with a good creative name for this mod, so I just mushed “Quest” and “echo” together. I don’t even know if it’s a real word, but if it has some dirty perverse meaning in Spanish… well, that’d rock!
There is currently no config, I’m not even sure one will be needed. The tracker will hide items after 5 minutes if no update is received from your partner. You will not get tracking info from players that don’t have the mod, nor will they see any echos, the mod is completely silent in that respect.
